Shipping and Warranties

 

Shipping     Since we offer a variety of options, (lofts, grips, shaft types) orders normally ship within 3-4 days of order confirmation.  You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received and is in processing.   We offer FedEx ground to the 48 continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Puerto Rico ONLY. FedEx ground is normally 3-5 working days from shipment.  You will receive an email with tracking inforamtion once your clubs are shipped.   We also offer FedEx two day delivery to the continental United States only.   For other countries please inquire via email at orders@the-golfer.biz or call 1 888 462 0816 ext 2.

Warranties   All golf clubs have a one year warranty on materials and workmanship.  Warranty does not apply to abuse of clubs.  Clubs may be returned for full refund if unplayed and unhit within 14 days of receipt.    All swing trainers have a 30 day "no questions" asked guarantee.  If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the swing trainer for a full refund within 30 days of the sale, no questions asked.   Customer is responsible for shipping on returns not related to materials and worksmanship.   Any return must have an RMA number.  Please call our customer service number at 1888 462 0816 ext 2 to receive an RMA if you need to return an item.
